Growing up, I learned how quickly pressure can cause damage around your home. My dad was unhappy when I ripped out the pool screen cleaning the patio. Moving forward, I founded Coastal Pressure Washing and continue to build a company that protects and preserves our local community.

Soft Washing

Soft washing is exactly how it sounds. We use little pressure instead of blasting dirty algae, leaves, and other contaminants onto your property’s surfaces. We apply soap to your home, allow it to sit, and rinse it with adequate water. With this process, we also protect sensitive window seals. After our soap works on your home, clean water is used to rinse from the top down, removing all the nasty growth around your home.

Vegetation Protection

The next step in our cleaning process is vegetation protection. When we come to your home, we inspect your plants, ensuring they are hydrated and safe for our house and surface mixes. When needed, we will water your plants, grass, and small trees to ensure they aren’t harmed in the cleaning process. During our soft-wash roof cleaning, we have a tech on the ground spraying water over your shrubs and vegetation. We also provide tarps and other measures as needed.

Crew Safety

Crew safety is essential to us. Not only do we ensure your home, windows, and plants are protected during our time at your home or property, but we also have a safe and professional crew. Most work is done from the ground. We will use lifts or ladders to clean any hard-reaching areas if needed.
